Information Technology Services Department is a service department dedicated to providing technology support for faculty, staff, and students within the West Middlesex Area School District. The I.T. staff works to ensure a satisfied clientele and the involvement of faculty and staff in the evolution of Information Technology. The key phrases which describe the unit are: “keep the equipment and the networks running”, “replace and upgrade equipment on a regular basis”, and “train the users so they can benefit from the district's investment in technology”.

The Parent Portal is a cutting-edge communications tool designed to increase your involvement in your student's
education using the power of information. The Parent Portal allows for instant online access to current, relevant information that will enhance your involvement with your student’s academic career.
This policy will communicate the expectations of the West Middlesex Area School District in regards to use of Technology & Network Resources available. All employees and students must sign an Acceptable Use Policy every school year.

We are excited to let you know that this year we’ll be using ParentSquare to
communicate with you at the school, and in your classrooms and groups.
ParentSquare provides a simple and safe way for everyone at school to connect.
With ParentSquare you’ll be able to
• Receive all school and classroom communication via email, text or app
• View and download photos
• View the school and classroom calendar and RSVP for events
• Easily sign up to volunteer and/or bring items
Messages will be coming out in the next several weeks on how to get started with ParentSquare.
We are implementing the Fast Pass Visitor Management System this school year. Every visitor will be required to stop at a designated kiosk with a valid driver's license or state ID card. There will be a kiosk at each building entrance of the High School, Oakview, and Luther Low Administration.
